The acceptance by us of an order is on the understanding that the following Conditions of Sale are accepted.

STOCK

Every effort is made to keep all stock true to name and free from pests and disease. No plants are guaranteed to flower during the year of purchase. Our liability for plants supplied is limited to the replacement of those plants, or, at our option, to a refund of the price paid. All other claims, including those for consequential loss, are hereby excluded.  Your plants are despatched to you in the best condition.  If any is damaged in transit, please let us know straight away.  If you are not happy with the condition of any of your plants when they arrive, please tell us in writing within 14 days. 

ORDERS

Orders are accepted subject to goods being unsold and to crop shortages or failure, howsoever caused

MINIMUM ORDER ACCEPTED

The minimum order for 'Swiftplugs' is one pack of six plugs. The quantity of packs is limitless.

PRICES AND VAT

All goods are sold at prices ruling at the date of despatch. All prices include VAT and delivery unless otherwise stated. Some herbs are zero rated.

PAYMENTS

Payment should be made through PayPal unless otherwise requested. A cheque made payable to Barretts Bridge Nurseries (Mkt) Ltd, can be sent to Leverington Common, Leverington, WISBECH, Cambs. PE13 5JR. Goods will not be despatched until cheque has been cleared.

PACKAGING AND DELIVERY CHARGES

Plants are sent by Royal Mail First Class Standard. They are packed in a specially designed blister pack inside a cardboard sleeve to ensure plants are received in good condition. Delivery is inclusive in the price, unless otherwise stated.

DAMAGE AND COMPLAINTS

Any damage or pilferage must be reported to us IN WRITING, within 3 DAYS of delivery. No refunds or responsibility will be accepted if this condition is not adhered to. Damaged goods should be retained for inspection if required.

Barretts Bridge Nurseries (Mkt) Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. BBN Nursery collect information about you for the following reasons only:

to e-mail you in the future to advise you about offers of products or information regarding our business unless you have informed us that you do not wish us to do so. We will take you off our e-mail list if you ask us to do so.

BBN Nursery will not pass your information to other third parties
